Rates & Payment Policy
Individuals: $195 for a 50-minute session
Couples & Families: $295 for 80-minute session [insurance is not available for couples counseling].

Payment is required at the beginning of each session.
Payment can be made via cash, check, or credit card at the time of each session. Checks are made payable to 'Cardona Counseling'.
Credit card payments via Square, an online financial service company, can be arranged. Square works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. Only credit cards are accepted: Debit cards are not accepted at this time. Payments via these services require an additional 5% surcharge fee in addition to your session total.
AFFORDABLE COUNSELING
Affordable counseling is available through OpenCounseling. A non-profit organization who’s made it their mission is to make counseling affordable to all. For affordable mental health resources in Seattle, please see this list.
INSURANCE
I am paneled with and considered an in-network provider for the following insurance companies:

Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO: When you see the “PPO in a suitcase,” it means that the member has PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) benefits available for services withing the U.S. and that the provider will be reimbursed for covered services in accordance with the provider’s PPO contract.
TriWest
For out-of-network clients, fees for psychotherapy/counseling services may be wholly or partially covered extended health care insurance plans. Please contact your employer or your insurance company to determine if you have mental health coverage. I provide monthly invoices for out-of-network clients to submit to their insurance companies upon their request. Please consult with your insurance provider to discover what reimbursement is available before beginning therapy
